Leviticus 4:19-21

¹⁹ Then he is to remove all the fat from the bull for a sin offering and burn it on the altar. ²⁰ He is to do to this bull what he did to the bull for the sin offering. He is to do it this way so that the priest will make atonement for them and they will be forgiven. ²¹ Then he is to bring the rest of the bull outside the camp and burn it just as he had burned the first bull. This is the sin offering for the congregation.”
